  • Customer is responsible for any collection and/or legal costs related to non payment.
  • Payment is expected when service is completed. Customer will be sent an invoice for services rendered.
  • Late fees will be added after 14 days, interest after 30.
  • All discounts are void if payment is not made within 14 days of invoice.
  • NCS does not make appointments and works from 7am to 7pm 7 days a week weather permitting. Customer will be notified via phone or email 24 to 48 hours prior to your scheduled day.
  • Day of service driveway must be completely cleared off by 7am i.e. (cars, trash cans, basketball hoop, toys).
  • There will be a $10.00 charge if driveway is not fully clear upon arrival.
